Smart Inventory Program

The Smart Inventory Program (SIP) is designed to help you manage your annual filtration needs efficiently. By evaluating your scheduled filter, bag, and consumable replacements, we ensure that the required stock is available in Canada when needed—eliminating delays and reducing downtime.

1. Discuss your inventory needs with one of our Customer Service Representatives (CSR).
2. We will evaluate your annual requirements.
3. Upon approval, you will receive an invitation to sign up.

 A minimum annual order commitment of $5,000 is required to be eligible for SIP. 

• There is no formal purchase order (PO) commitment—we trust our long-term customers.
• However, we do require a non-binding commitment to help us plan inventory based on your estimated annual needs.

• Preferred Pricing: You get exclusive discounted rates.
• Priority Stock Availability: We prioritize stocking your essential items.
• Automated Reminders:  We send timely notifications based on your pre-defined schedule to ensure you place your PO on time for processing. 
• Hassle-Free Reordering: No need to worry about stock shortages or last-minute orders.

You can cancel anytime with a 3-month advance notice.

We may cancel your enrollment at any time if:

• We are unable to allocate sufficient inventory space.
• You consistently fail to meet your annual commitment for three consecutive years.
• The program reaches full capacity.

• Your inventory needs will be evaluated annually from your enrollment date.
• Adjustments will be made to ensure the program continues to meet your current requirements.

• While we strive to maintain availability, we do not guarantee that stock will always be available on schedule.
• Unforeseen circumstances such as human errors, software issues, supply chain delays, or shipping disruptions may impact delivery timelines.
• If our inventory capacity reaches its limit, we may pause new enrollments and contact you when space becomes available.
