The Smart Inventory Program (SIP) is designed exclusively for OEM-equivalent retrofit filters, bags, and standard consumables with predictable annual usage.
By reviewing your scheduled replacement cycles, we ensure your essential items are pre-stocked in Canada—reducing delays, preventing downtime, and making your planning effortless. 

1. Discuss your annual OEM retrofit filter needs with one of our Customer Service Representatives (CSR).
2. We evaluate your yearly requirements based on scheduled consumption.
3. Upon approval, you receive an invitation to join SIP.

• Minimum annual order requirement: $5,000
• Applies only to standard, recurring OEM retrofit items
  (Custom filters or unexpected high-demand orders are handled separately.)

• No formal PO commitment required — the program is trust-based for long-term customers.
• We request a non-binding annual estimate so we can plan and prioritize inventory for you.
• Minor variations in consumption are normal.
• Larger or irregular needs can be ordered separately outside SIP.

You may cancel your enrollment anytime with a 3-month written notice.

We may cancel SIP participation if:

• Inventory capacity cannot support additional allocations
• The customer consistently falls short of their estimated usage for 3 consecutive years
• The program reaches full capacity and prioritization is required

Your SIP profile will be reviewed annually to ensure:

• Stock levels match your current scheduled requirements
• Any equipment or OEM model changes are accounted for
• Pricing and stocking priorities remain aligned with your needs

While SIP significantly reduces the risk of shortages, we cannot guarantee perfect availability.
Factors such as supply chain delays, shipping disruptions, human error, or system issues may impact timelines.

If inventory capacity reaches its limit, we may temporarily pause new enrollments and notify you once space becomes available.
